By now, the whole world knows that US President Donald J Trump on April 6, 2017 ordered an air assault on the diabolical Bashar al-Assad-led Syrian regime after the 'Leader of the Free World' saw heart-rending images of innocent children slaughtered by the Syrian government by the use of chemical weapon a few days ago.

Chemical gas victims in Syria. As reported, the US rained 59 cruise missiles on Syria on Wednesday night in response to a chemical weapon attack on the town of Khan Sheikhoun, a stronghold of anti-Assad rebel forces, on Tuesday March 4, 2017 that killed at least 85 civilians including nearly two dozen children.

Sophisticated Tomahawk cruise missiles were launched from US warships in the eastern Mediterranean aimed at the Shayrat Airfield believed to be the base for warplanes that carried out the chemical attack on a rebel-held town of Khan Sheikhoun last Tuesday.

According to the Syrian government, at least six people, including two children, were killed in the US air attack.

A few hours later after the air assault, Trump spoke to reporters to explain his decision to take such drastic measure against the Assad regime.

"Tonight, I ordered a targeted military strike on the airfield in Syria from where the chemical attack was launched. It is in the vital national security interest of the United States to prevent and deter the spread of chemical weapons. I will tell you that attack on children yesterday had a big impact on me - big impact. That was a horrible, horrible thing. And I’ve been watching it and seeing it, and it doesn’t get any worse than that," Trump told reporters in the White House Rose Garden on late Wednesday evening.

Then again at his weekend golf resort/estate at Mar-a-Lago in Florida where he is set to welcome Chinese Premier Xi Jinping, Trump said that Assad had "choked out the life of innocent men, women and children. It was a slow and brutal death for so many. Even beautiful babies were cruelly murdered in this very barbaric attack. No child of God should ever suffer such horror".

Sounds good and fair, right? Maybe until you look at his tweet's from not too distant past. The only difference is at the time of his tweets, there was a President in the White House who was not white, who was considered a Muslim, and a person whose 'birth certificate was forged' that led the current man in the White House to 'send his detectives to Hawaii to verify Obama's claim of being born there'. (Spoiler Alert: These 'investigators' are still searching for proof that Obama is not what he has claimed to be!)

Don't forget this is the same man who thought taking Syrian war victims as refugees by the European and other 'much humane' nations was 'insane' and must not be allowed to happen in the US because 'they were Muslims and hence, couldn't be trusted'.

So here are his past related tweets. You be the judge about this man whose Twitter Diplomacy and experience in Foreign Affairs comes from being glued to the Fox News when he is not chilling out at a golf club of his choice.

Speaking of US Presidents playing golf, President Trump has repeatedly criticized his predecessor for playing golf while being in the White House, a record he is about to break in the first few months of his presidency. But that's a topic of some other time.

Trump's tweet

This is very interesting - As per Gallup, Obama's job approval number on October 9, 2012 at the time this tweet was made, was 50% Approve/45% Disapporve. Trump's approval number as of March 30, 2017, according to the same Gallup poll, is at a dismal 38%. So is Trump 'Desperate' as he accuses Obama of in this tweet?

Another fact to remember, according to Gallup and several other polls, Trump's 38% in March, two months after being inaugurated in January, is the lowest among any President in the history of the United States. The man who judges everything by its rating is being killed by his own weapon!

Let's continue:

Trump's tweet

Donald Trump did not get Congressional approval before launching attack on Syria last night. Another lie from this serial liar.

Let's move on...

Trump's tweet.

As reported by some channel, at least two children died in last night's air strike. So is there going to be 'worldwide hell to pay'? Or is it different now since it's Trump's doing?

And finally...

Trump's tweet.

So are we to believe now that attacking Syria has only 'upside' now and no 'downside'?

Of course, his ignorant, cult-like supporters will still cheer him because why not? After all he is Donald Trump - the great business moghul who has always claimed that he is the only person in the world to save this planet from all of its ills!
