- 1 cup(s) raisin, soaked in water for 2 hours
- 2 teaspoon(s) roasted cumin powder
- 2 teaspoon(s) lime juice
- 0.5 teaspoon(s) ginger paste
- 0.5 teaspoon(s) garlic paste
- 0.5 teaspoon(s) salt, or as desired
Raisin Chutney Directions
- Grind raisins to a paste.
- Add cumin powder, ginger and garlic and mix well.
- Now add salt and lime juice and store in refrigerator.
- Serve with meal.
