  • 1 cup(s) shredded green pumpkin
  • 1 cup(s) cooking oil
  • 4 tablespoon(s) gram flour
  • 2 garlic (ground)
  • 1 teaspoon(s) ginger (ground)
  • 2 tablespoon(s) dry breadcrumb
  • 2.5 tablespoon(s) cilantro leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 pinch(es) salt, or to taste
  • 1 pinch(es) black pepper
  • 1 cup(s) cooking oil

Pumpkin Burger Directions

  1. First peel off the green pumpkin. Shred the pumpkin and squeeze its water.
  2. Combine the garlic, ginger, coriander, salt, bread crumbs, and gram flour in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Uniformly divide and shape into small 4 round patties each about 1½ inches thick.
  4. Add little oil in the non-stick pan and place patties for 3 minutes on each side for medium doneness.
  5. Serve burger with tomato sause or pesto.
